FAQ

  • Are your estimates free ?

    Yes - we will make an appointment to come and view the contents of your house in order to give an accurate quote. 

  • How do I book in my removal

    If you are purchasing a property we cannot give you a firm booking until you have exchanged contracts which sets the date. We can of course pencil you in for the date you are hoping for and keep you constantly informed if the day is filling up

          If you are moving into a rented property we can book you in for the date you require

  • Are your services covered by my home insurance?

    Normally your house contents insurance will cover your goods in transit if moved by a reputable removals company. 

  • Do you provide a packing service

    Yes - we can quote for a packing service. The packing is usually done the day before the move

  • Do you provide boxes

    Yes we can supply boxes, tissue, bubble wrap and tape.
